I am very surprised at the five star reviews this salon has. To be honest, the staff is nice and the place is clean and sanitary. But the job itself was unprofessional. I went in for a pedicure and I could have done a better job at home! Nail polish is not even, looks textured, and the nail polish is not even covering my full nails! Also they would not allow me to test the colour on my toe because apparently they apply a base. But they can very well allow me to test it before applying any base and use acetone to remove. Not worth the price for the service, many more professional places around so I won’t be coming back.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff is so nice and welcoming. Customer services 10/10, bilingual 💯. First time visiting, Sheila (pedicure) & Andrew (french manicure) took care of me. I’m picky and they did amazing! Thank you team for helping me relax and making it such an enjoyable experience

Walked in without an appointment and they still took great care of me. The technician was gentle and paid attention to details. I love how my kid nails turned out

Horrible experience in this establishment! I’ve never been somewhere where the responsible person behind the cash register feels he needs to convince me that the final result is fine and that my concern is not important, that I’m just exaggerating and blames my nail bed. The quality of the nail polish is very poor. They had to do my nails on my hands a different colour because the paint was so defective. So many layers applied that it looked all blobbed like and warped. He just wanted my money and wanted me out of there. At the end of the nail session hands me a card and says make an appointment next time which I dropped on the counter and said hello no. When I arrived I asked if there was room and if there was not it would be fine I’ll go else where. He booked me in so what’s this appointment talk. He just wanted to humiliate me in front of other customers. Plus the lady that was doing my feet had to get up and leave because another important customer dropped in and wanted her services which I didn’t really care about but still. Not professional at all. Paid 103$ for nails that didn’t even last a week. The paint is chipping! My colleagues at work asked me where I got my nails done because they were very awful to look at. Wow!
